The annual Tourist Go Home party was held under perfect conditions at Windansea Beach in La Jolla on Monday, Sept. 3, 2012. The annual party celebrates the unofficial end of summer and the start of when most out-of-towners return home and locals can have their beaches back. Warm weather, large waves and the band Neverready provided the entertainment for the Labor Day event. Photography by K.C. Alfred / U-T San Diego
